He is a native of Maputo province, southern Mozambique, born on January 15, 1992. He currently performs the functions of Technician of the Laboratory of Quality and Food Safety at CEIL. He develops part of his academic and professional work at the Lúrio University. Graduated in Nutrition, from Lúrio, has experience in the area of food and water microbiology. He wrote a monograph entitled "Food Safety Assessment in a Hospital Unit". Participated in training on chronic diseases; He was also trained in HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices in the Food Industry. He also participated in the Training in Nutritional Rehabilitation Program.

“Dr. Ismail Mohamed Al Bulushi received Ph.D. in Food Microbiology from the University of Queensland, Australia in 2009. Dr. Al Bulushi Jointed Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), Oman in 1989 as a Technician, currently he is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at SQU. He is teaching Food Microbiology, Public Sanitation, Meat, and Fish Courses. He supervised many undergraduate and graduate thesis projects in the several areas of Food Sciences. He organized and chaired several conferences, symposia, workshops, lectures and extension activities nationally and internationally. Dr. Al Bulushi provided many national and international consultancies in several Food Science areas His research areas focus on the microbial, chemical and physical characteristics of traditional foods, marine fish toxicity, freshness, safety, spoilage and processing, marine fish microbial flora,s composition with special references to the Gram-positive bacterial population and microbial spoilage, antimicrobial activities and biogenic amines formation potentials. Dr. Al Bulushi published one book, two chapters and some papers in the international journals and participated in many international conferences in Oman and overseas. Mohamed Tharwat Elabbasy has completed his Ph.D. at Zagazig University and postdoctoral studies from Guelph University College of Agriculture, Canada. He is the director of the Food Safety Laboratory of Molecular Diagnostics and Personalised Therapeutics Unit (MDPTU), Hail University, Hail, Saudi Arabia, a premier Bio-Soft service organization. He has published more than 12 papers in reputed journals

Mohamed F. Mohamed El-ssayad, an Assistant Researcher at dairy microbiological Lab., Food Industries and Nutrition Research Division, National Research Centre. He was borne in 15th December, 1986, He studied in Faculty of science, Alazhar university where he received a bachelor's degree with honors in (Microbiology-chemistry), 2009, and received a MSc. degree in microbiology from the Faculty of Science, Cairo University, 2016. He participated in many seminars and scientific meetings as a lecturer and attendant in applications of nanotechnology, microbiology, and green chemistry. He published 5 microbiological research papers in international journals

Dr. El Hadji Seydou Mbaye was born in 1978 in Kaolack a region of Senegal. During 2008-2013, he earned his Ph.D. in Biology and Human Pathologies with the collaboration of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) /WHO, Lyon (France).He was certified by the Federation International of Gynecology Obstetrics (FIGO). He has published 1 Book with a style of philosophical story. Author of the world program against cancer in low and middle incomes countries, he is lead author (first listed) of more than 90 peer-reviewed research articles published in reputed journals.Dr MBAYE has formed for free, more than 250 healthcare professionals for the techniques of cervical cancer screening in Senegal. He has appeared on local media, 2S TV, Mbour TV, and Leeral.net.
