Biography
He is a native of Maputo province, southern Mozambique, born on January 15, 1992. He currently performs the functions of Technician of the Laboratory of Quality and Food Safety at CEIL. He develops part of his academic and professional work at the Lúrio University. Graduated in Nutrition, from Lúrio, has experience in the area of food and water microbiology. He wrote a monograph entitled "Food Safety Assessment in a Hospital Unit". Participated in training on chronic diseases; He was also trained in HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices in the Food Industry. He also participated in the Training in Nutritional Rehabilitation Program.
